SevenLog Takes On a High-Stakes Project Cargo Move From Ghana to Morocco

The operation combines dangerous goods and OOG cargo, two of the most demanding elements in project logistics, managed end-to-end by SevenLog’s cross-border team

SevenLog, Conqueror member in Tema/Accra, Ghana; Lomé, Togo; and Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, is currently overseeing the export of a complex project cargo shipment from Ghana to Morocco. This project brings together two of the most demanding cargo types in the industry: dangerous goods (DG) and out-of-gauge (OOG) freight.

Shipments of this nature leave little room for error. The presence of hazardous materials introduces a strict layer of regulatory compliance, documentation requirements, and handling protocols that must be met at every stage. Alongside this, the oversized dimensions of the OOG cargo demand purpose-built transport arrangements, careful route planning, and precise load management to keep the operation moving safely and on schedule.

“When you’re dealing with a combination of dangerous goods and out-of-gauge cargo in a single shipment, the margin for improvisation is zero,” said Jesse Nuno, General Manager at SevenLog. “Every decision from how the cargo is prepared and documented to how it moves across borders, has to be deliberate and precise. Simply put, this operation is a reflection of what our teams across Ghana, Togo, and Côte d’Ivoire are built to handle, and we’re committed to delivering it to the standard our client expects.”

SevenLog’s team is overseeing every phase of the shipment, from cargo preparation and documentation at origin through to final delivery in Morocco. They are coordinating closely across borders to ensure nothing is left to chance.

Conqueror wishes SevenLog a smooth completion of this operation!
