Conqueror Nouakchott Completes Pipe Transportation Operation from Nouakchott to Boghé

BSMG Group successfully handled the inland transportation of pipes from the Port of Nouakchott to Boghé, supporting a key water infrastructure project in Mauritania

BSMG Group has successfully completed a major pipe transportation operation from the Port of Nouakchott to Boghé, supporting the development of water infrastructure in Mauritania. The operation involved the coordinated movement of pipes from the port to the inland destination of Boghé, requiring careful planning and execution across different stages of the logistics process. BSMG’s teams managed the operation from port activities through inland transportation, ensuring that the cargo was handled and transported safely and efficiently.

Boghé, located in the Brakna region of Mauritania, has been the focus of several initiatives to strengthen access to drinking water. Recent infrastructure developments in the city have included water treatment, pumping and pipeline facilities designed to improve the local water supply. For BSMG, the successful completion of this operation demonstrates its ability to manage the logistical requirements of complex infrastructure projects, where oversized or specialised cargo must be moved across different stages of the supply chain.

The Saudi Maritime and Logistics Conference will take place from 21 – 22 October 2026 at Jeddah Superdome

Conqueror Freight Network is pleased to announce its media partnership with the Saudi Maritime & Logistics Congress 2026, taking place on 21–22 October 2026 at the Jeddah Superdome in Saudi Arabia. The partnership connects Conqueror’s global community of independent freight forwarders with a major industry event bringing together maritime and logistics professionals from Saudi Arabia and international markets.

A Major Meeting Point for the Maritime and Logistics Industry

Now in its seventh edition, the Saudi Maritime & Logistics Congress is set to take place in Jeddah for the first time. The 2026 edition is expected to welcome more than 15,000 attendees, 800 VIPs, 200 exhibitors and 120 speakers from more than 90 countries, creating a platform for industry professionals to exchange knowledge, explore business opportunities and build new connections.

A New Location in Jeddah

The 2026 edition will be held at the Jeddah Superdome, following the relocation of the Congress to Jeddah. According to the event organisers, the move places the Congress in the heart of Saudi Arabia’s maritime and logistics activity, close to Jeddah Islamic Port. Jeddah is Saudi Arabia’s primary commercial intersection for global trade between Asia, Europe and Africa. Jeddah Islamic Port alone handles more than 65% of the nation’s imports, according to the organisers, making it an important location for an event focused on maritime trade and logistics.

Navigating the Future of Maritime Logistics

The 2026 conference programme is structured around five key areas addressing developments shaping the maritime and logistics industries. These include Trade Corridors, Connectivity & Geopolitical Fragmentation, examining how geopolitical changes are affecting vessel routes, cargo movements and the organisation of the industry; Ports, Logistics & Industrial Competitiveness, focusing on the evolution of ports into broader logistics and industrial hubs; and Energy Transition in Maritime and Logistics, which explores the challenges and choices surrounding decarbonisation.

Conqueror Pune Rebrands as Atlas Bluemoon Logistics to Strengthen International Logistics Presence

They have adopted a new corporate identity while maintaining its existing legal entity, management, operations, and commercial commitments

Atlas Shipping Services Pvt. Ltd., a member of Conqueror Freight Network in Pune, India, has officially changed its company name to Atlas Bluemoon Logistics Pvt. Ltd., marking a new chapter in its global logistics journey. The rebranding reflects the company’s strengthened international identity and expanded logistics capabilities.

While the company will operate under its new name and branding, the change does not affect its legal entity, ownership, management, business operations, existing contracts, or commercial commitments. Its Corporate Identification Number (CIN), Permanent Account Number (PAN), GST registrations, and bank account number remain unchanged.

Under its new identity, Atlas Bluemoon Logistics Pvt. Ltd. will continue providing logistics and freight forwarding services to customers across international markets. For shipments involving the USA, the company will operate as the authorised agent of Bluemoon Logistics Pvt. Ltd., the FMC-registered NVOCC. Atlas Bluemoon Logistics will manage quotations, bookings, documentation, operational coordination, invoicing, and accounting administration on behalf of Bluemoon Logistics, while regulated documents such as bills of lading, tariffs, and Negotiated Rate Arrangements will continue to identify Bluemoon Logistics as the NVOCC.

For all other global trades, they will handle freight arrangements, documentation, invoicing, collections, payments, and accounting directly. The shipment required rapid execution, as every hour of delay could have impacted the availability of essential pharmaceutical products for the end user. To meet the demanding timeframe, Kando Global implemented a comprehensive logistics strategy that combined expedited airfreight, priority space allocation, accelerated documentation procedures, and continuous shipment monitoring.

The programme will also take a practical look at alternative fuels, examining the availability, cost, infrastructure requirements, lifecycle emissions, safety and scalability of ammonia, methanol, LNG, hydrogen and biofuels. It will conclude by examining geopolitics, energy security and maritime resilience, exploring how disruption around critical maritime chokepoints is affecting energy flows, shipping routes, freight economics, insurance costs, emissions, infrastructure priorities and long-term investment strategies.

The Second Session

The second session, “Technology & Infrastructure: Scaling Decarbonized Transport Ecosystems,” will turn its focus towards the technologies, infrastructure and integrated systems required to move decarbonisation from pilot projects to large-scale implementation. The session will explore how advanced analytics, automation and digital tools can improve routing, reduce emissions and enhance operational performance across fleets and ports. Moreover, it will also examine the role of digital measurement, reporting and verification systems, blockchain and transparent carbon accounting in strengthening emissions tracking, compliance and accountability.

The transformation of ports will be another central theme, with discussions focusing on the development of Green Ports as integrated energy hubs equipped with shore power, alternative fuel bunkering, storage and grid connectivity.  As the availability of alternative fuels remains a key challenge for the transition, the programme will examine the requirements for industrial-scale fuel production and logistics, including global distribution networks, certification frameworks and cross-border collaboration to bridge the gap between supply and demand.

Attention will further turn to the decarbonisation of existing fleets through carbon capture, retrofitting technologies and energy efficiency measures, assessing their potential to reduce emissions from current assets while supporting a pragmatic transition. The programme will conclude with a focus on the wider ecosystem required to deliver the transition, highlighting the role of engineering companies, classification societies, shipyards, technology providers and logistics stakeholders in advancing innovation, compliance, vessel design and integrated system development.

Through its two core sessions, TMS TACCC 2026 will provide a platform for senior stakeholders to examine the intersection of regulation, finance, fuel, technology, infrastructure, energy security and resilience.
