Conqueror Ulaanbaatar marks 35 years of driving Mongolia’s global logistics future

From building transport infrastructure to earning international recognition, Tuushin LLC celebrates a milestone shaped by innovation and national impact

Tuushin LLC, Conqueror member in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, is celebrating its 35th anniversary. This milestone reflects the evolution of Mongolia’s freight forwarding and transport sector itself. Back in 1990, Mongolia created its state transport agency to establish modern infrastructure and expand cooperation with global trade partners. This pivotal moment opened a new chapter for the country’s international logistics industry. Tuushin emerged at the center of this transformation, becoming Mongolia’s first freight forwarder and one of the driving forces behind the nation’s integration into global commerce.

Today, Tuushin offers a fully integrated logistics portfolio. Their capabilities span air and rail freight, project cargo, warehousing, terminal logistics, cargo packaging and end-to-end delivery. This comprehensive approach allows them to support everything from everyday shipments to large-scale national projects.

Mr Bayarsaikhan Lunden, VD and Head of Sales Department, explains what has made their journey unique, “We operate as the link connecting Mongolian businesses and consumers to the world. For us, logistics isn’t only about transport. It’s about contributing to the economic growth and modernization of our country.”

Tuushin has also made community responsibility a lasting priority. Over the years, the company has supported environmental initiatives along with cultural and healthcare projects. That commitment has strengthened their reputation not just as a logistics leader, but as a socially responsible business partner.

Their consistent excellence hasn’t gone unnoticed. Tuushin has earned several major honors, including national awards such as Mongolian Reliable Payer, Leading Employer, Best Investor of the Year, and the Golden Award for Best Business Unit. Their presence on the global stage has been equally strong, gaining recognition from organizations like the Association of Chambers of Commerce of the Pacific and Seven Countries, and the UK-based European Business Association, which named one of their executives Best Manager of the Year.

Reflecting on their future, Mr Lunden adds, “We will continue investing in innovation and international cooperation. Our priority remains the same, helping Mongolia stay connected to global trade and opening new doors for our customers.”

A big congratulations to Tuushin LLC on 35 years of remarkable service and leadership!

Conqueror Varna Drives Bulgaria’s Green Logistics Shift With Major Energy Storage Projects

Trident Freight expands its warehouse capabilities and supports sustainable trade growth through advanced project cargo and bulk liquid solutions

Trident Freight, Conqueror member in Varna, Bulgaria, is stepping up its role in the region’s energy transformation by handling key logistics operations for high-tech Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) units. These advanced units weigh between 42 and 50 metric tons. They are essential components in modern energy storage systems.

By delivering end-to-end logistics for these heavy and highly sensitive cargoes, Trident Freight is directly contributing to local energy infrastructure. “We are proud to be part of projects that have such a clear impact on sustainable energy,” says Mr. Dimitar Demirov, General Manager, Trident Freight. “Reliable logistics for BESS technology helps strengthen local power networks. It also supports the global transition to greener energy sources.”

At the same time, Trident Freight is expanding its storage and bonded warehouse offerings. The company now manages a wide mix of cargo. Some shipments are small and easy to handle. Others are oversized, bulky, and far more complex. Regardless of size, the team provides value-added services like packaging, labeling, and product customization. It allows clients to meet specific market requirements without adding delays or extra transport steps.

“We want to offer more than storage space,” adds Mr. Demirov. “Our aim is to give customers flexible and efficient solutions that help them scale their businesses with confidence.”

In addition to project cargo and warehousing, Trident Freight is growing its capabilities in the bulk liquid market. The company serves as a regional representative for Bulk Liquid Solutions, a recognized manufacturer of flexitanks, FIBC bulk bags, and container liners. Through this partnership, Trident Freight performs certified flexitank installation inside 20-foot containers. This service plays a key role in the export of seed oils, vegetable fatty acids, glycerin, and similar liquid commodities.

“Working with Bulk Liquid Solutions lets us support Bulgarian exporters as they expand to new regions,” adds Mr. Demirov. “It creates new opportunities that benefit both logistics and local industry.”

Due to ongoing sanctions affecting Russian oil, Bulgaria’s LUKOIL refinery must now import crude oil from multiple global suppliers. Deliveries are arranged using large crude carriers, including Aframax, Suezmax, and even VLCC vessels. As a long-term logistics partner of LUKOIL, Trident Freight is actively involved in ship-to-ship transshipment operations, transferring up to 160,000 tons of crude oil to smaller vessels capable of entering the refinery terminal.

“This operation requires precise coordination and our team handles it with strong technical expertise,” says Mr. Demirov. “Our involvement keeps energy supply stable during a challenging period for Bulgaria’s oil sector.”

Congratulations to Conqueror Varna and all the best for their upcoming projects!

A 100-Horse Airlift: Conqueror Bangkok Steps Into the Spotlight for Thailand’s Biggest Equine Event

From runway to riding arena, Trans Air Cargo is set to manage every step of this high-stakes equine logistics project

Trans Air Cargo (TAC), Conqueror’s member in Bangkok, Thailand, has been appointed by the Thailand Equestrian Federation as the official transport agent for the FEI Asian Championships and SEA Games 2025. This appointment places TAC at the center of one of Thailand’s most demanding equine logistics projects involving the transport, handling, and re-export of more than 100 competition horses arriving from Europe and several Asian countries.

Around 80 horses will arrive for the FEI Asian Championships, while another 26 are scheduled to compete in the SEA Games. TAC oversees the entire chain, starting with pre-import requirements, including health certification, blood testing, and documentation. The horses are flying in on specially arranged charter flights from Europe, Brunei, Singapore, and other regional locations. Each of them will be supervised by flying grooms and in-flight veterinary teams.

Once the horses land in Thailand, TAC handles customs clearance and veterinary inspections under the Department of Livestock Development. The team then oversees the careful transfer of each horse to the Thai Polo and Equestrian Club in Pattaya. The venue is EDFZ-certified, which means close coordination with TEF, FEI, and the National Federations is essential to meet international competition standards. Moreover, TAC’s team also handles on-ground care, stabling arrangements, and the logistics surrounding feed and equipment throughout the events.

“This project brings together every part of our expertise,” said Mr. Suwicha Boontem, Airport Operations Manager at Trans Air Cargo. “Moving competition horses at this scale demands precision, constant coordination, and complete trust from the event organizers. We’re proud to play a key role in two of the region’s most important equestrian events.”

After the competitions end, Trans Air Cargo will handle the full re-export process. The team will manage health checks, export permits, and the return charter flights. Their operations staff will stay on call at all hours. They will be coordinating with authorities, veterinarians, and event organizers to ensure every horse travels home safely.

Congratulations to Conqueror Bangkok on bagging this impressive project!

From freight to social impact- Three Aces Global Logistics recognized with Rotary CSR Award

Conqueror Delhi has been recognized for its sustainable CSR efforts in healthcare and community development

Three Aces Global Logistics Pvt. Ltd., Conqueror member in Delhi, India, has been honoured with a Rotary International CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Award for North India, recognizing its outstanding contributions to social welfare and sustainable community development. The award highlights the company’s commitment to improving healthcare, promoting well-being, and building stronger communities across India.

According to Pankaj Agarwal, Director of Three Aces Global Logistics, the recognition reaffirms the company’s long-standing belief that success in business must go hand in hand with social responsibility. “We’ve always believed that being part of a community means contributing to its growth in meaningful ways,” said Mr. Agarwal. “Our CSR policy is built on the idea that a company’s impact shouldn’t be limited to its balance sheet, it should also reflect in the lives it touches.”

CSR efforts of Three Aces Global

A vision rooted in community and sustainability

Three Aces Global’s CSR approach is guided by the Companies Act 2013 and its Schedule VII provisions. The company’s vision is clear: to contribute to the social and economic development of the communities in which it operates. “Our goal is to make a sustainable difference through projects that directly address local needs,” he explained. “We collaborate with community members and social organizations to identify projects that deliver real, measurable change.”

The company’s CSR initiatives are developed through a participatory process engaging with communities and consulting local NGOs and trusts that have a proven track record in social work. Once projects are identified, Three Aces sets out a clear timeframe, budget, and action plan to ensure tangible results.

Meaningful projects driving real change

Under its CSR framework, Three Aces Global Logistics has focused on healthcare and community welfare initiatives that deliver measurable impact. Recent projects include upgrading primary health centres to improve access to medical services and collaborating with RHAM Foundation to provide nutritional and medical support for children affected by tuberculosis. These initiatives, carried out with trusted social partners and aligned with the Companies Act 2013, reflect the company’s commitment to strengthening public health and uplifting local communities.

Structured and accountable CSR framework

The company’s CSR strategy is all about structured implementation and accountability. Each project is planned with clear deliverables, timelines, and measurable social impact. “We follow a disciplined process to ensure our CSR resources are used where they matter most,” he added. “Every initiative is evaluated not only for its compliance but also for its real-world outcomes.”

This disciplined approach allows Three Aces Global Logistics to maximize its impact, even with limited resources. By collaborating with credible implementing agencies like the Rotary Foundation India and RHAM Foundation, the company ensures transparency and long-term community benefit.

Beyond compliance- A culture of care

While many companies view CSR as a regulatory requirement, Three Aces sees it as an integral part of its identity. The company’s leadership believes that social responsibility should be woven into the culture of every organization. “For us, CSR is an opportunity to give back, it is not an obligation,” he noted. “Whether it’s upgrading health centers or supporting underprivileged children, we see these efforts as part of our larger mission to create a positive ripple effect in society.”

A commitment that extends beyond business

Over the years, Three Aces Global Logistics has grown into a trusted name in freight forwarding and supply chain management. Yet, its leadership has ensured that corporate growth remains balanced with community care. The company continues to explore new areas for CSR involvement, particularly in healthcare, education, and sustainability.

Pankaj Agarwal summed it up best: “As a logistics company, we’re in the business of connecting people and places. Our CSR work is just another way of doing the same, connecting with communities and building a better future together.”

Conqueror Origins- Part 1: Where It All Began

If you’ve been with us for a while, you know Conqueror didn’t begin as a grand business plan. It started with a simple observation back in 2011. Independent freight forwarders were working twice as hard for half the visibility. You had the expertise, the customer loyalty, the hustle… but global reach? That was reserved for the giants.

Conqueror entered the scene with a simple but bold solution: unite strong, vetted, independent forwarders under one banner, with one exclusive member per city. Quality over volume. Collaboration over chaos.

That was the beginning. No big speeches. No perfect roadmap. Just a belief that collaboration could change the game. City by city, we started building. Slowly at first, because we were selective and determined to get it right. Some of those first territories that joined us from Europe to Asia and are still part of Conqueror today. That continuity means more than numbers ever could. It means the early promise held true.

One of our founder members from Sialkot, Arif Nadeem of Teknik Movers, puts it well:
“It is with great pride that I state we passed through the best of times with Conqueror. We rest assured that Teknik Movers are your outpost in this territory.”

Conqueror Freight Network: Helping freight forwarders succeed since 2011

Phuket, 2012: Where We Became a Family

Now, if there’s one moment that captures the soul of Conqueror, it’s Phuket. Our first Annual Meeting. 2012. Eighty-nine forwarders took a leap of faith and travelled to meet people they’d only exchanged emails or calls with.

The Welcome Cocktail reception broke the ice, and within hours, conversations flowed as if the members had known each other for years. Across the two days, more than 1,600 one-to-one meetings took place, a record at the time for a network of this size. Business cards exchanged, new partnerships formed, and trade lanes opened up. Members often say that Phuket was where Conqueror stopped being an idea and became a community.

The evening tour of Phuket cut through the formality and helped strangers become allies. It ended with a Gala Dinner that many still talk about. Deals were signed, laughter was shared, and several members walked away with business on day one, a rare outcome for a first-edition event.

Andrea Visone from Sev Stante, our founding member in Venice, who has also been a member in Genoa since 2015, summed up the spirit that emerged from those early days: “I have been working with Conqueror since 2011. Conqueror is a first-class tool and, more than this, it’s an opportunity to meet new friends. I am sure this is the right way to win new challenges in the shipping industry.”

From Phuket to Bali: A Journey Through the Years

Over the years, our Annual Meetings became milestones for the network, each reflecting the growth and spirit of Conqueror. After Phuket, meetings were held in Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Abu Dhabi, and finally Bali in 2024. Even during the pandemic, our team made sure communication among members never faltered, arranging two virtual conferences. But that’s a story on its own! All our gatherings have been more than events; they were living proof of collaboration, connection, and community in action.

More than a decade later: Bali, 2024

Fast-forward to 2024. Conqueror celebrated its 10th in-person Annual Meeting in Bali-  a milestone considering the virtual years during the pandemic. It wasn’t just a reunion. It was a moment to honour the journey and the people who helped build it.

Founder members were felicitated in a special awards ceremony, a thank-you to those who believed in the vision from the start and helped shape what Conqueror is today. Almost fifteen years have passed, but the essence of Conqueror hasn’t changed. It began with connection, trust, and the belief that independent forwarders deserve a global platform. This first chapter sets the stage for what came next.

Conqueror Freight Network
Conqueror Freight Network’s Annual Meetings

Loyalty that says it all

Here’s the thing. Anyone can launch a network, but staying relevant, reliable, and united for over a decade is a remarkable achievement. Across the years, members have joined from every corner of the world, solidifying Conqueror as the largest exclusive freight forwarders network on the planet. But the most telling proof of the network’s strength is this: 51 of our founder members are still with us today. They’ve stayed from day one until now, which really speaks for itself. Loyalty like that isn’t bought, it is earned through consistency, trust, support, and shared growth.

One of our recent members, Gregorio Fernandez of AMAN Forwarding SLU in Las Palmas, Spain, shared his experience:
“This is truly a must-attend event, an opportunity not to be missed. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the Conqueror team and all the members for their warm and gracious welcome. Although it was my first time attending, I felt an immediate sense of camaraderie, as if I had known everyone for many years. I look forward to participating again next year, wherever the event may be held.”

This kind of experience, whether for long-standing founder members or newcomers, is exactly what makes Conqueror Annual Meetings unique. Connections are forged, collaborations begin, and the global family keeps growing stronger.

Now, we’re closing this first chapter of our Conqueror Origins series with the same spirit the network was founded on: community, trust, and progress. And the story continues. We are now gearing up for yet another fruitful in-person meeting, this time in Bangkok, from 7 to 9 May. A new city, new opportunities, and the same Conqueror spirit that began all those years ago in Phuket.

Conqueror Freight Network Announces Dates and Venue for Its 12th Annual Meeting in Bangkok

Conqueror’s 12th Annual Meeting will take place from 7th to 9th May 2026 at the Intercontinental Bangkok, bringing together freight forwarders from over 130 countries

Conqueror Freight Network has officially announced the dates and venue for its 12th Annual Meeting, which will take place from May 7th to 9th, 2026, at the Intercontinental Bangkok, Thailand.

This international gathering will bring together independent freight forwarders from more than 130 countries, offering members a unique opportunity to strengthen partnerships and discuss new business prospects. It gives agents the perfect chance to make the most of their Conqueror membership through face-to-face networking.

The Annual Meeting remains one of the most important events in the Conqueror calendar, a space where members not only build trust and cooperation but also exchange insights that help shape the future of their businesses. By facilitating direct interaction among agents, the event reinforces the network’s core mission: creating a collaborative platform where reliable freight forwarders can work together as one strong global team.

The meeting will feature pre-scheduled one-to-one sessions, where agents can book meetings with partners in their preferred territories, ensuring meaningful discussions and concrete business opportunities. In the logistics sector, where collaboration and trust are crucial, in-person communication remains indispensable for building stronger and lasting partnerships.

Bangkok was chosen as the venue for its strategic position as a logistics hub in Southeast Asia and its excellent connectivity with major global trade routes. The Intercontinental Bangkok, with its central location, exceptional conference facilities, and renowned hospitality, provides the perfect setting for Conqueror’s 12th Annual Meeting. It combines comfort, convenience, and world-class service for an outstanding networking experience.

Additionally, the three-day event will include plenty of opportunities for informal interaction. The Welcome Cocktail Reception, and Group Tour  on the first day, and the Gala Dinner Party, will create a relaxed environment for members to connect beyond business.

The Conqueror team invites all members to mark their calendars and get ready for three days of productive meetings, networking, and cultural discovery in one of Asia’s most dynamic cities.
