Atlas Shipping Services Pvt. Ltd., a member of Conqueror Freight Network in Pune, India, has officially changed its company name to Atlas Bluemoon Logistics Pvt. Ltd., marking a new chapter in its global logistics journey. The rebranding reflects the company’s strengthened international identity and expanded logistics capabilities.
While the company will operate under its new name and branding, the change does not affect its legal entity, ownership, management, business operations, existing contracts, or commercial commitments. Its Corporate Identification Number (CIN), Permanent Account Number (PAN), GST registrations, and bank account number remain unchanged.
Under its new identity, Atlas Bluemoon Logistics Pvt. Ltd. will continue providing logistics and freight forwarding services to customers across international markets. For shipments involving the USA, the company will operate as the authorised agent of Bluemoon Logistics Pvt. Ltd., the FMC-registered NVOCC. Atlas Bluemoon Logistics will manage quotations, bookings, documentation, operational coordination, invoicing, and accounting administration on behalf of Bluemoon Logistics, while regulated documents such as bills of lading, tariffs, and Negotiated Rate Arrangements will continue to identify Bluemoon Logistics as the NVOCC.
For all other global trades, they will handle freight arrangements, documentation, invoicing, collections, payments, and accounting directly.
